I thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, combining strategic thinking, data-informed decisions, behavioral psychology, and emerging technologies like LLMs and agentic AI to create user-centered solutions that deliver value and scale.

I foster open, constructive dialogue and challenge ideas early to surface assumptions and blind spots. Having lived and worked across seven countries, I bring a global perspective and deep appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.
How many people have you managed?
I have led up to 70+ people in Tech and marketing, expanded teams from 2 to 12+ designers to help scale technology organizations. My leadership experience spans growth, organizational change, and restructuring, with a strong focus on sustaining quality, alignment, and execution.

In my most recent role, I managed several product and engineering managers across departments, ensuring clear ownership, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering consistent, effective decision-making.
What is your scope as a product leader?
I lead product across multiple domains, partnering on strategy, defining product direction, and guiding execution from concept to launch. My scope includes product & UX strategy, user research, growth, design systems, product planning, and content where appropriate.
How do you lead?
Leadership requires both craft maturity, product strategy vision and people management. I bring this to the role. The teams I’ve led consistently demonstrate high engagement, low turnover, and influence that extends well beyond pure execution.
How do you make decision?
As a continuous learner and hypothesis-driven problem solver, I bring curiosity and analytical rigor to each challenge. I balance data, insights, diverse perspectives, and trade-offs to make thoughtful decisions. I encourage healthy debate and transparency, to move forward with shared ownership.
How do you execute?
I focus on clear goals, strong prioritization, and adaptability. By defining milestones, removing obstacles, and creating accountability, I help teams execute efficiently and deliver meaningful impact. By understanding the story, impact, and principles behind a project, I align the team around a clear direction.
How do you use AI in your work?
I have led AI initiatives from strategy through execution, both within teams and across the company. My work spans integrating AI into product/engineering workflows, to bring AI products into production, and shipping AI-powered capabilities that generate revenue.
Do you have experience with 0 to 1 projects?
Yes. I’ve led multiple 0–1 initiatives across hardware and software, working in ambiguous environments where innovation requires creating the path rather than following one. I’m comfortable using divergent thinking to define strategy and product direction from the ground up.
How do you partner with product, design and engineering?
I work closely with product, design and engineering leadership in a trio partnership, shaping strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and navigating tradeoffs. A key part of my role is building alignment early, enabling faster and more predictable execution.
How do you approach mentoring and team growth?
My leadership style is centered on clarity, trust, and continuous feedback. I aim to build high-performing teams that operate independently, make confident decisions, and grow into leadership roles. Regular 1:1s are a core part of how I coach, support, and develop each team member.
How do you translate business goals into product experiences?
I start with the desired business outcomes and work backward, partnering with product and research to understand user needs, constraints, and opportunities. From there, I help teams develop solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences while advancing company and stakeholder objectives.
When is your contribution required?
When your company is building and scaling, senior leadership matters. I bring executive-level strategy and hands-on execution on adhoc request or full-time basis, delivering immediate impact. From day one, I shape and plan from short term tactics to mid term strategies towards visionary goals.
How do we work together?
Full-time hires often take 6–9 months to make real impact. With experience spanning founding teams to organizations of 800+, I reduce that gap, delivering immediate traction without a prolonged onboarding period.
